Bio:- I have 17 years of experience in the construction industry. My experience ranges from construction sales to custom home builds. I have worked in the residential field for 13 years and commercial for 4 years. In commercial I was an assistant project manager where I worked my way up from laborer to assistant project manager in 1 year. I ran their small projects for the next 3 years. I was generally responsible for jobs ranging from $150,000 to $750,000, these jobs where primarily commercial office remodeling. These are some project examples Holly sugar building, Broadmoor bank, El-pomar foundation, Schuck communities' maintenance. Etc ….. In the residential field I worked for Hallmark building company as a project superintendent. I started with Hallmark in the warranty department, and work my way up to superintendent in 2 years where I was responsible for many projects and functions. At the time I left Hallmark I was running a project with an average cost $280,000 per unit and the building of 80+ units. I was also responsible for all the billing, warranty, site maintenance, scheduling of front-end construction and overseeing my assistants and the back end schedule for the project. I was responsible for training all new employees and Hallmark's safety program which was approved by OSHA. I advanced my project to about 90% before I left Hallmark. After Hallmark I went into sales of construction materials where I learned much about purchasing and product quality and quantity. With In one year I was the #1 salesman. I was also consulted regularly by the install division on construction schedules, scheduling and budgeting. After 2 ½ years in sales I decided that I wanted to start my own company and treat people the way they should be treated and be in control of my own future
