1975-1981 Residential Builder in Michigan. Worked as a rough carpenter, superintendent for a large developer and ran his own construction company.
1980-1997 Worked in Civil Engineering for the Air Force. Keith was the Chief of Construction Management supervising eight construction inspectors and three quality assurance evaluators. Inspected projects ranging from window installation to $30M buildings.
1997-2003 Worked in Civil Engineering doing cost estimates for all the construction projects between $200K and $100M. Also was a Community Planner for Peterson AFB.
2003 Retired from Civil Service.
2004-2007 Community Planner working for HB&A an Architectural and Planning firm, redesigned military installations. The range of contracts span from siting a small complex of buildings to the total redesign of an entire military installation. The total construction cost of the plans ranged from $5M to $1.5B.
